Present Continuo is the alternative for English Present Continuous.
To make a Continuo you need:
form ESTAR + Gerundio (-ando, -iendo)
Yo estoy trabajando. – I am working.
Yo estoy comiendo. – I am eating.
REGLAS

2) Temporary or background situation
3) To emphasize emotions
-AR / - ando
